- Description: Get ready for a club full of friendly competition and collaboration! Children will create teams and contend on several challenges using creativity, design, and coding using Scratch and Minecraft to create games! Children will learn the basics of coding and game making and then apply it to Scratch and Minecraft.
- Club’s goals: To provide daily challenges for students while explaining concepts of design thinking, coding, and research! Challenge complexity will vary depending on children Scratch and Minecraft skills.
- Recommended to: Children familiarity of basic computer skills (connecting to the internet, opening files, logging in, using keyboard and mouse fairly proficiently) as well as basic familiarity with Scratch and Minecraft.
